At 42 Mysteries, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the limited edition nature of our products, we only accept returns if an item is damaged upon arrival.
1. Damaged items
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at connect@gyanchaupar.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You will need to provide a description of the damage and include photos as evidence.
2. Refunds and replacements
- Refunds: If the item is confirmed as damaged, we will offer you a full refund.
- Replacements: We may offer a replacement if possible. However, as our products are limited edition, a replacement may not always be available.
3. How to return
We usually won’t ask you to return a damaged item but in some cases we may request this to help us investigate the product and prevent further issues for our customers. In such cases:
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
- Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging as securely as possible.
4. Shipping costs
- If the return is due to damage, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
5. Late or missing refunds
We aim to process refunds within two working days of confirmation that your return request has been approved. If you haven’t received a refund at that point, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed by these providers. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
